Rhino Records’ “Start Your Ear Off Right” 2020 Calendar

Erin rebranded Rhino Records’ annual “Start Your Ear Off Right” campaign calendar. This project was a fun collaboration for the entire company, featuring illustrations from Dave Van Patten. This calendar was mass produced and nationally distributed to record stores to be given free with a qualifying Rhino Records purchase.

Dave Van Patten created custom illustrations of every employee in the company that was featured on the back of the calendar. The illustration on the front of the cover is part of a painted mural inside Rhino Records.

The text inside the calendar features iconic moments, anniversaries, and birthdays of legends in rock n’ roll.

Her personal favorite fact in the calendar is “Ozzy Osbourne bites a live bat on stage” (Jan. 20, 1982).
